Our Process is clear, simple and above all effective:

Stage 1: Establish your key requirements.

Discuss your requirements and work with you to build a profile of the candidate who you are looking to recruit. Challenging any areas that we may feel need adjusting due to our market knowledge. Setting timeframes for all parties to work too.

Stage 2: Identify candidates.

Sourcing the best matched candidates from our extensive database, our referral network, and our suite of online platforms. Utilise the TEAM network in which we partner with other independent recruitment consultancies.

Stage 3: Initial assessment and Video Interviewing.

Conducting behavioural and competency assessments to establish potential candidates. Utilising our latest video technology to interview those candidates with key questions and allow our clients to view those interviews.

.Stage 4: Shortlisting you the best candidates.

Supplying our clients with a detailed shortlist of candidates. Supply you with the video interview for you to watch alongside the detailed profiles demonstrating the skills, experience and fit in line with your selection and key criteria and alongside a detailed CV.

Stage 5: Interview process.

Arranging the interviews and detailing the process, deliverables and what you are looking to evidence. Briefing you and the candidate at every stage of the process with detailed feedback.

Stage 6: Offer and Acceptance.

Working with our client through the offer process and negotiations. Following through on the end-to-end offer to onboarding procedure. Checking with the client and candidate and communicating any concerns.

Stage 7: Placement Review.

All our candidates have a 6-week placement review which is a 360 Degree review of the process and procedures from Job inception to delivering in the role. Hiring Managers and Plumstead Consulting working with the candidate to obtain honest feedback and using a measured approach to judge the success.
